All templates, designs, and related materials provided by Emiful are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase our templates, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates subject to these Terms.

  • Modify templates to suit your specific needs
  • Make backup copies of templates for your personal use

2.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense or offer our templates to any third party
  • Sell or distribute templates or modified versions of our templates
  • Use our templates or modified versions to create derivative templates for distribution
  • Share your template access with others or publish access credentials
  • Use our templates in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. Purchases and Delivery

All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. Template access is provided through Notion. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

3.1 Template Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased templates through Notion. Access is granted for your personal use only and should not be shared with others.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues with template access, please contact us, and we will try to assist you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our templates are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality templates, we do not guarantee that they will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emiful be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the templates.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please contact us with information regarding the alleged infringement. We take intellectual property rights seriously and will investigate such claims.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
